Yes, Cosmic Bebe provides a digital proof via email for photo announcements and invitations. The free proof generally covers up to two proofs. If additional revisions are required a small fee may be charged.

Is there a minimum amount of cards that I have to purchase? TOP
Yes, most of our cards are sold in increments of 15. Please contact us for large quantities.

How long does it take to receive my order after I place my order? TOP

You will receive a proof within 2 business days. Orders ship within 3-5 business days after approval.

Do you offer gift certificates? TOP

Yes, our gift certificates can be emailed directly to the recipient or printed from your computer. Click here to order.

What is your return policy? TOP

If you are not satisfied with our product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Due to the personalized nature of the product, we do not accpet returns based on customer errors (e.g., typos, layout). If the order contains an error or misprint caused by us, we will reprint the items at no cost to you. Once notified of our error, we offer a refund, exchange, or credit towards future purchases. Please email us at returns@cosmicbebe. If you would like a refund, we ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue the refund as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
